Concord City offices closed Friday, March 12 for furlough day
City of Concord offices will be closed Friday, March 12 for an unpaid furlough day.
Offices to be closed include the Civic Center complex (1950 Parkside Drive), Public Works (1455 Gasoline Alley), Engineering (2151 Salvio St.), the Concord Senior Center (2727 Parkside Circle), Concord Community Pool, the Police Southern District Office (1500 Monument Blvd., #17), and Police Headquarters (1350 Galindo St.). Police patrol and dispatch operations will not be affected by the closure.
Centre Concord (5298 Clayton Rd.) and Willow Pass Community Center (2748 East Olivera Rd.) will be closed except for previously scheduled events and classes.
Diablo Creek Golf Course will remain open.
Additional furlough days are scheduled for April 9 and May 7.
