City Council makes appointments to Design Review, Personnel boards
At its meeting on April 26, the Concord City Council made appointments to the Design Review Board. This board reviews the design of each improvement for which a building permit, certificate, or other approval is required as well as any matter referred to the board by the Planning Commission, Zoning Administrator or Planning Manager.
Incumbents Kirk Shelby and Ross Wells were reappointed for two-year terms ending February 28, 2013. Carlyn Obringer was appointed for a four-year term ending February 28, 2015.
On May 3, the Concord City Council made appointments to the Personnel Board. This board receives and hears appeals and grievances, acts in an advisory capacity to the Council and conducts hearings on personnel matters.
Incumbents Therese M. da Silva, Sharon Giampapa, and John Pardi were reappointed for two-year terms ending February 28, 2013.
