The mission of the Concord Police Department is to provide a safe environment in the City of Concord through effective and efficient use of resources. The sworn and civilian personnel that comprise the Concord Police Department are dedicated to addressing crime and disorder in a manner that embodies police-community partnerships.

Located at the corner of Galindo and Laguna Streets, the Police Department Headquarters is a "state of the art" police facility.
Although the Police Department is open for emergencies 24 hours a day, certain business functions are available to the public during core hours. Please visit the Community Service Desk page for more information.
Community Service Desk (Front Lobby)
Open Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, and Saturdays 10 am to 2pm, closed on Sundays and City holidays.
Services offered at the Community Service Desk include police reports by phone, fingerprinting / Livescan, solicitor permits, block party permits, concealed weapon permit applications, merchant reports, and the availability of community meeting rooms.
Records Bureau
Open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
In addition to collecting fees for the Police Department for a variety of programs, the Records Bureau releases records information to the public including police reports and clearance letters.
